Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Charged with Corruption in “Operation Courtbroom

Our client was one of four Miami-Dade County judges charged with accepting bribes after a two-year, undercover investigation. Two were convicted. Our client walked out of the courtroom after the jury deliberated for 18 days and acquitted him of 27 counts and were unable to reach a verdict on five counts.
